2013 will see Kleers an official partner of the AmD Tuning BTCC [ British Touring Car Championship ] team.
AmD has been a regular in BTCC for the past three years, fielding its S2000 specification Volkswagen Golf and in 2013 it will be entered once more, running in the S2000 category, named the Jack Sears Trophy.
The driver signed to pilot the car is 2002 BTCC Production champion James Kaye, bringing with him an enormous amount of experience and pace to the car and team, who hope to put the car on the podium as much as possible while aiming for the Jack Sears title.
Seen here at the Donington Park circuit BTCC media day, the car was immediately on the pace during the afternoon official testing session with James at the wheel.
The AmD team use all of our Motorsport Range products on the car and prior to Round 1 of BTCC the car will be fully prepared and coated with Kleers Aero Performer.
Round 1 of the 2013 BTCC kicks off at Brands Hatch on Easter weekend, 29-31st March.

Professional ex-works driver, James Kaye is a veteran of BTCC, in 2002 he won the title in the factory Honda Civic Type R which was run by factory team Synchro Motorsport and has remained behind the wheel of various machines in recent years both in BTCC and 24hr endurance events around the world.
